Shels Game in Doubt

Report on Johnny Wards site, that Shelbourne are threatening to pull out of this Sundays match against CCFC due to the fact that the Marney Decison was backed up by the HIgh Court earlier this week!

God what will they do next? Sulk in the corner!

I like "the Dublin club has apparently lost confidence in the eircom League". So what are they going to do? Pull out of the entire league? They should stop whinging and get on with it.

what a bunch of knobs. if shels pull out of the game then they should be docked points fined and threatened with expulsion.

i orginally had a lot of sympathy with shels on this one but it is time to show a bit of dignity and get on with it. after all the orginal decision was (/b)not(/b) to dock pat's points

$hel$ have really done it this time i think.

I disagree with Pats keeping the 9 points but after the high court decision i think its got to end there.

I know Ollie Byrne can eb a big hotheaded from time to time but threatening to pull out of the league (that essentially what they doing) is childish.

Still can't see it happening though.

well as far as i know city supported shels motion in the first place. but when the high court have amade a ruling one has to stick by what they say.

as for on the pitch at this rate we be lucky to finish 4th as it is

typical really. They are threatening to pull out of the league altogether...but what are they going to do after that? Invent their own league? At least they would be guarannteed to win something...

maybe we could convince some of the city players to join the protest and not play on sunday! Most of them seem to be on strike against playing good football already!
