Where are obafemi and Connolly?is rovers kavanagh injured? Thought smallbone from Southampton who has been ever present in their 23s would be part of that midfield
Connolly & Smallbone both playing for their club U21 teams tonight in the Checkatrade trophy. Mystifying.
"We lost because we didn't win"- Ronaldo
Connolly scored a beauty there
Team vs Bosnia and Herzegovina announced
Even without the missing players, that is some front five

Finished 3-1 to Ireland, with Ferry, Parrott (pen) and Idah scoring in the second half before a late consolation for Bosnia
Match review here: https://www.fai.ie/ireland/match/24/...822?tab=report
Absolutely massive win, means a win against the Faroes on Saturday should be enough to qualify, and forces Bosnia into needing a result against the Dutch on the same day.
https://www.fai.ie/ireland/match/24/...822?tab=report The goals. Those bosnians must be well sick of us this group beat them in the under 17 finals 2 years ago then last season the 17s beat them again in the finals and again today.

Love that pass from Coventry for the first goal.
Netherlands beat the Faroes 5-0: https://www.uefa.com/under19/season=...821/index.html
finished 3-0, Parrott with another penalty in injury time. Guaranteed qualification for the elite round now, with the final game against the Netherlands on Tuesday deciding where Ireland finish.
The Dutch beat the Faroes 5-0 earlier in the week, and will need a win against Bosnia later tonight to have any chance of topping the group, whereas Bosnia need a win to stay in contention for the Elite round.
Netherlands thumped Bosnia 6-0 earlier to qualify for the elite round, meaning Ireland need a win to top the group on Tuesday: https://www.uefa.com/under19/season=...847/index.html
Highlights from the game against the Faroes
How many go through?
Top two qualify for the elite stage

Taken the lead. Will ferry adding to Idah equaliser.
Wow. Is there any major benefit in topping the group?
