Kick-off time v Monaghan United

1) Is this game confirmed for Tuesday? (I heard something about it maybe being moved to Wednesday becasue of bingo )
2) What time is kick-off? (I had been told 7.45pm, now I hear 7pm)

Although we have had our share of changes to fixtures already (Dundalk and Dublin City), I think that this is final.
