Unless they are very confident that this takeover will approved hence they will have funds to pay Keegan off and recruit a new manager immediately. Not alot of time until the transfer window opens with only 10 games to go

Apparently it was in his contract that if GUFC were outside the top 4 at the break in the season that his contract could be cancelled.
