    Directions

Could anybody oblige by giving us directiosn to Hogan Park.
Most Mons fans (a few are travelling) will be coming from Nenagh direction, but I'll be coming from Tralee myself, so if you could give us directions from both directons that would be great.
    Thanks.

    Thanks.

    Its really handy from both.

From Nenagh/Dublin Road, you pass Annacotty village on your right (signposted) and at the next roundabout take the road signposted for Cork or Tralee. Its the first exit of that roundabout. You are on a dual carriageway now and travel 1 or 2 miles to the next roundabout. You will see the lighst of Rathbane in front of you there. Take the second exit (turning right - signposted City Centre). Through another tiny roundabout and at the T-junction take a left. For a pre-season freindly there was supervised car parking just across the road in a business called Heatmerchants. This is almost facing you at the t-junction. Once you get in there anyone can direct you the two minute walk to the ground. (I won't say follow the crowds for obvious reasons).

If the Tralee Mon is coming in the N21 (through Abbeyfeale and Rathkeale) then just come in the N21 dual carriageway and straight (second exit) at both roundabouts and at the T-junction head for Heatmerchants. If he is coming in the N69 through Foynes then he should take the signposts for Dublin when he gets near Limerick. Through those roundabouts he'll eventually come to one at the South County Hotel and Raheen Industrial Estate. Take a left (third exit) there and at the next roundabout take the first exit (follow the signs for the N20 or N21). When he reached the slip road for the N20/21 take the first road onto the dual carriageway heading into town. this brings you trhe roundabouts and T-junctions mentioned above. It will save a fair bit of hassle though if he comes in the Abbeyfeale road.

Hope this helps. Unfortunately we've no bar in the ground this year (just so you know). Enjoy the game - but not too much.

Doesn't much matter - the game is on Good Friday!

Thanks a lot for the directions, that's terrific.
