Shamrock Rovers v Celtic 7th July

Rovers announce a friendly against Celtic for the 7th of July.
We are down to play Cork on the 6th in Cork so if that's the case it will be a second string team.
Wouldn't be surprised if the Cork game was cancelled as they play CL the following Wednesday.
Hope so anyway, would make it more enjoyable if the first team played.
We have a EL game on the Thursday....I think but if it was me id rather have the work out against a decent team....Cork or Celtic

Does a random friendly really deserve its own thread? There's club forums for this sort of thing.

fair point I should have looked up the pre season friendly thread or something. If someone knows how to merge threads please feel free

Hopefully Cork match is moved, I'd imagine Caulfield would welcome it.

It would be outrageous if the Cork game was not moved to facilitate this.

    • Will the Rovers V Celtic game be moved to the Aviva?
    • Will Celtic be allowed take in guest players?
    • Who will wear the hooped shirts?
    • Will Bradser walk out the team in true cup final style?

So many questions so little time......

My usual drinking game for the number of times you post "bradser" in a week has kicked off early
