    Erris 1-1
Ballyheane when the game is played, I know it's off this weekend due to Bereavment.

Some tight games last weekend, plenty of goals as well. I think most of this weeks games will be all tight affairs...

    This week's picks:

    Westport 3-0 Erris
    Manulla 2-2 Ballyglass
    Castlebar Celtic 1-2 Ballina Town
    Claremorris 3-0 Ballyheane
    S&F Utd 2-2 K&K Utd

Westaro Cup this week, always an upset or two but here's what I'm going for, has the format of the cup changed this year we normally see a prelim game or
someone getting a bye to the semi-final, a bit odd they way they have done it this year

    S&F Utd 3-1 Erris
    Manulla 2-0 Westport
    Claremorris 1-2 Ballyglass
    Ballyheane 0-5 Ballina Town
    K&K Utd 0-4 Castlebar Celtic

This is always the way they do - 5 ties, 5 winners, 3 of these bye into semi final and other two play a round 2/quarter final!

What's happening in Claremorris, on Paper a very good side.

Seems there's not enough lads to go around in Westport. Westport GAA have three adult teams so looks like the soccer is suffering. Maybe they'll get a few more from Manilla. They must have a surplus there now.

Maybe im wrong but alot of westport Bs problems would orientate around not having a manager this season, last years manager seems to be a selector with A team now which makes it imposible for thebset up to be right. Maybe my info is wrong in that regard. Westport and ballina would be around the same size towns and look at ballina for instance have ballina town A and B, Hollister, Ballina united. Ballina stephenites 2 teams, ardnaree 2 teams, ballina rugby 2 teams. And its not like their using any players from parishes around cause crossmolina, killala conn rangers all have their own teams. Hope Mullranny get their problems sorted too, hard for rural places like that with lads working in dublin to compete..

    Question

Anyone happen to see the Celtic v S&F game, were Celtic that good or were S&F really poor. They didn't seem to be missing many based on the team I seen on the facebook page. Can't understand how a team competing at the top end of the super league for the last couple of seasons concede 11 goals, not having a dig at them
but I just couldn't believe the score line.
They play again this weekend if I'm not mistaken, confidence will be pretty low after that score last weekend.

    This weeks games :

    Iorras Aontaithe 2-2 Claremorris
    K&K Utd 2-1 Ballyglass
    Ballyheane 0-3 Ballina Town
S&F Utd 2-1 Castlebar Celtic ( Not a clue on this one after last weekend????? )
    Westport 2-1 Manulla

This weekend is a huge weekend in the Super League and Premier league...

If Ballina win their next 2 games they would be walking the super league..
Same with glenhest in the premier league i think if they beat swinford they would be nearly 10 points clear of 4th be hard looking past them for promotion back to the super league
