Needs to **** or get off the pot. Turned down multiple call ups to 21s so he either wants to play for us or not.

Oxford Utd have to reduce their squad by one by the end of the transfer window, to meet the EFL cap of 25 players. Whoever leaves, it won't be Goodrham, says manager Gary Rowatt, who has been very impressed by the young midfielder (Oxford Mail, 24 January 2025).

Linked with moves to better rated/funded Championship teams.

Perhaps Heimir should name Goodrham in the squad for June?

Incidentally, I have to admire Gary Rowatt's performance as manager this season. The whole Oxford Utd squad is valued at about £stg 21m, with Goodrham their most valuable asset; finishing above six established Championship sides (and Plymouth) is quite respectable.

No, we're not sure. To the best of my knowledge he has never played a minute of football for Ireland at any level, even in friendlies. He's also potentially eligible for England Under 21s for the Euros finals this summer. No idea if he'd be on their radar for that though.

Just looking at the England Under 21 squad id suspect not. Other than their goalkeepers I'd say nearly every play in their Under 21 squad would make our senior squad.

I think we know what we need to know there lads. Sounds like we had him on speed dial.

Crawford has a habit of rubbing players the wrong way and a phone call from Hallgrimson might land a bit differently. I think Festy was only in the seniors because of issues with Crawford too. If Hallgrimson was interested for this summer and wasnt getting a call back then it'd definitely be move on time
