    Inchicore v St.Pats 1000
Home Farm v Cork City 600
    Drogheda 1 Shamrocks 0 1000
    UCD V Pike Rovers 150

If you were at one of the games maybe you could give an estimate!

    Thanks in advance
I think you're on the wrong thread, but Maynooth v Leeds attendance was about 80 (no charge).

Looks like this game will be close to a sell out. Mark Farren stand is already sold out and tickets are flying out for the Southend stand.

This is a really good interview with Cobh Ramblers captain Shane O'Connor.

Derry would need to be wary playing against someone/a team with a lot to prove to themselves.

That's a great piece. Very open about his difficulties. Football is a fickle business.

Match looking like it'll be a sellout, which is great to see. No online tickets left.

Cobh have sold 250 odd, we hear. Cracking number considering the distance and the fact that that's higher than their average attendance this season.

I think the 4pm ko put a good few more off, still that many on a Sunday afternoon to travel to the other side of the country is not bad at all. Looking forward to it.

Agreed. Though it's an ideal time for Derry people, I think it should have been on earlier, or even played tonight.

Would be very difficult - if not impossible - to have played it tonight, given Institute had a fixture there this afternoon.

Any links to the game aside from watching it on TV with Eir Sport 1? All the usual online suspects seem to show a blank for this fixture.

Give up. It is nonexistent as a link on all streaming sites. All of them. Radio Foyle has good coverage. Better than nothing. 1-1 close to half time now

Thought Cobh gave a good account of themselves, just ran out of steam and Derry did enough, didn't look great though. Decent auld final, just a shame it wasn't in Cobh as would have done a lot for the club and the town if it was.

Also whats the story with the new Brandywell not having a press box? Saw a few of the journos on twitter saying it and sat in the stand hotspotting off their phones to do up match reports etc! Mad considering the place is only rebuilt!

Thought Derry were fairly poor, just had more fire power when needed. Won’t beat Bohs or Dundalk playing like that. Did anyone else think the bounce of the ball was ridiculously high at times?

Glad someone else saw that, it looked to me that both teams struggled to cope with the bounce, not using that as an excuse though, congrats to Derry.

The pitch did not appear to play as well as earlier in the season. Have they added more rubber infill?

I look forward to Brian Kerr's opinion during the next televised game on RTE.

Kenny Shiels spoke out about the pitch today said it wasn’t watered and that it made the ball stick and slow down his teams style of play

I was going to say that it was more likely not to have been watered enough rather than additional infill so soon after installation. Strange that it wasnt considering that Derry were hosting the match albeit under the FAI. Can one side or the other request a pitch not to be watered in a 'neutral' game? Surely Derry could have done what suits them best. Kerr's bleating on the Derry pitch started when commentating on a Dundalk game and he was moaning about the artificial surface being installed so he'd have had a field day if ye pardon the pun. It played a lot better than the previous Oriel pitch even when it was new. They were both the same pitch but installed by different contractors which obviously made a difference.
