It might be a litle lightweight in the middle for England, but yeah, it's heartening to see more of the squad in the Premiership now.

You can't spell failure without FAI
He's one of my favouirite players... even with the sometimes poor decision making. He is an amazing athlete and when you operate as fast and dynamically as he does it makes decision-making a bit more difficult.. every milisecond counts. Despite that, as was said above he is one of just a few players we have that the opposition won't like playing against... one of the few that will have the opposition on the back foot (mentally and physically). He is an agent of chaos... in a good way, most of the time.
I love this lad. I don't know why I find this statement so lovely:
“I’ve had very positive chats with the manager [Kieran McKenna] and for someone to believe in me, that I could play at this level again, means a lot to me and my family."
The humility is refreshing.

Starts tonight alongside O'Shea.
Started today and was playing well but went off on a stretcher. Left leg was in a brace and looked pretty bad. Hopefully was precautionary
Didn't look good, Brady also gone off injured in his game.
Season ender for Ogbene apparently.
Taylor also going to be out for a while.
6 months takes you up to late April, then factor in the time to get up to match fitness and that's his club season effectively over. Not beyond possibility that he could play for Ireland in the games next June I suppose.
And a particularly bad one for a player who relies on his pace. If he is unfortunate enough not to regain his speed then this injury could turn out to be a career defining moment. I feel sorry for him as he seems like a decent bloke and has worked very hard to get to where he is today.
A late developer like Chiedozie will be worse affected also, feels like he's a relative newcomer to top level football, but he'll be 28 (and his team may well be back in the Championship) by the time he's back to full fitness.
Left out of the 20 man squad for today's home game v Derby County. Not encouraging, just a week away from the international v Hungary.
I saw that and was wondering if there's a deal on the table we're not aware of. Seems very odd that he didn't make the bench.
Taylor won the penalty that allowed for the equaliser if that's any consolation for us
Sounds like they're looking to loan him out, doesn't appear that he's fully match fit after the injury.

Also a question as to whether he should be in the Ireland squad if he's not fully match fit. He's keeping Ebosele, Vata and Sykes out, so possibly he should be stood down and one of those three come in?

Kinda gives a litre bit of credence to Festy having a meltdown, not that it justifies it
Leicester, Wrexham and Sheffield United are apparently all interested in loaning Ogbene today. Leicester would effectively just see him swapping clubs with McAteer.
A season at Sheffield United for Chiedozie.
