3-0 win and Obafemi came on for the final couple of minutes.

I actually think Kenny could also do with a bit of filtering after throwing in that "two or three sides to every story" line. I'm sure he was asked about it but he should have just said that it was something to be sorted out between Obafemi and his club manager and didn't really affect Michael's place in the Ireland camp. Now Kenny may just have had a negative affect on Obafemi's immediate career prospects.
Unfortunately it is fair. Way too many managers have cited his poor attitude

OK, I will at this point ask you to find instances of managers citing an attitude problem that goes beyond having a tendency to moan a bit when he doesn't get his way

I'm very much pro-Obafemi but moaning when you don't get your own way is absolutely an attitude problem by any definition.

Appreciate that Diggs. And while the two first links do point to something a little more than having a moan, the third one is an example of that. Even in the other stories, I don't think the criticisms amount to enough to enough to call him a bell end. It's a little hard to put a finger on what they're referring to - both managers seem to refer to his professionalism away from the club, but Russell Martin specifically notes that it's not something serious and just compares him to other players, who apparently put in more work away from the training ground and makes a reference to timekeeping. This seems to match up with Hassenhuttl, who seems to want him to work harder because he can see him having a big future if he does. I think Hassenhuttl later praised Obafemi's work on the training ground. So perhaps Oba needs to work a bit harder when he's on his own, particularly as I think he has a body type that needs a lot of work to maintain the required level of fitness. But I think he showed again last night what he can do, even if he didn't change the game like he did in the earlier tie

Not entirely sure how bad being a tulip is but, yeah, sure why not? Great to see him scoring for his club again - I'm going to call it at this point, as long as he stays fit (which unfortunately for him is far from certain - he was even struggling against Ukraine), he will top Niall Quinn's mark. He's the one player in the squad seems able to make things happen around the penalty area consistently. Apart from his two awesome goals and one awesome assist, he started the move that led to our best chance in the Ukraine defeat, it was his run from halfway that led to the corner we scored from against Scotland and of course he set up the Parrott miss, where he was able to outrun the Scottish defense... with the ball at his feet. One of the big problems with us under Kenny is that we often seem toothless in attack, particularly against well-organized defenses - Obafemi has eased that issue somewhat.

Why I love the Championship too.

    No EPL hype: nirvana.
    Fewer massive egos: hallelujah.
    More physical: bring it on.
Hoofathon City? I'm of agricultural stock.
    More organic: no VAR.
    Play-offs: all-or-nothing ding-dongs.
    Managers: P45 specialists.
Special bonus: Irish everywhere, some with the accent.
But there's more: Return of the Deserter?

Should have had more than the one today. His all round play has improved a lot this year.
