Harps In
John O Flynn (some other blue team)

When you actually think about it, it does make sense. No Premier Division club wants him. The only club in Munster that would want him is Cobh, and he won’t play for nothing. Finn Harps will play decent part time wages and they’re training schedule is ‘flexible’ shall we say. It wouldn’t surprise me if he was only doing one night a week training and a game with them. Perhaps the only surprise is he didn’t end up with someone like Longford, but they probably would’ve asked for more commitment than he was willing to give. That wouldn’t be as much of an issue with Harps.

That's a strange one alright, only seen him in Douglas the other day no mention of this lol.
Bit taken aback by that signing. Had expected him to wind up at Cobh for the season. Can't imagine he'll be moving up, probably a similar arrangement to what we had with Rob Waters a few years ago where he trained in Cork during the week and came up for matches at the weekend.
Could be wrong though. Has he a wife/kids?

Joey O Brien signs for Rovers, if he is fit its a great signing.
Joey o Brian signs for rovers if he can stay fit after so long out he will be a great signing.
I notice Bradser is talking up the "gravitas" that he will bring to the club and that he has been a Rovers supporter, as opposed to any on-field focus. Sounds more like a PR appointment than a player signing.
Maybe he is right to minimise fan expectations
Well it got the usual suspects interested anyway
Dylan Watts (ex UCD) signs on loan for Bohs from Leicester till July.
Bit out of the blue that one; he was on the bench for Leicester's U-23s just last week.
Lee Duffy confirmed for Drogheda

He scored a cracking goal against Dundalk in the Malone Cup on Saturday

Just in response to Longfordian, when he says Fenn wants the players training 3 nights a week...surely that's the least a team should be doing ? Am I wrong ?
We've added two goalkeepers to the squad;
Arek Mamala (Coole FC)
Connor Gleeson (Athlone Town)
