    Roy O'Donovan signs

    From corkcityfc.ie

Ex Coventry City striker Roy O'Donovan has signed a one year contract with Cork City.
19 year old O'Donovan had been on trial at the club for a number of weeks and scored in the recent 3-0 win over Dublin City.

    Token new signing?
    Seals Stephen O'Flynns departure?
    What d'ye reckon?
    Any good?
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

I don't think there's anything "token" about it.
He has potential and must have impressed while on trial.
Stepehn O'Flynn has been knocking on the door for a while now but he's been unlucky with injury.
Being on the bench at City wont do much for him.

I wish them both the best of luck.

I saw O'Donovan at the CHF game, and he looked lively enough. If he gets some games, he could be a good investment for when Flynnie leaves.

Looked good against Home Farm. He can also play in midfield apparently where we needed some cover. We got good money for Stevo, and signed a decent replacement- good business IMO
