It's back! So let the betting begin again!

I note Limerick are a massive 25/1 for the division 1 title with bet365.com - 1/5 the odds for a place also, so I've had a tenner each way on them. They are only 10/1 with Paddy Power so this is a huge price.

Anyway here's the odds for this weekend's games:

    Wednesday 16th
    2/7 SHELBOURNE 8/1 U.C.D 10/3 DRAW

    Friday 18th
    Evs BOHS 11/5 S'ROCK RVS 11/5 DRAW
    7/4 BRAY 5/4 ST PATS 11/5 DRAW
    5/6 DROGHEDA 3/1 DERRY CITY 2/1 DRAW
    6/4 ATHLONE 6/4 DUNDALK 11/5 DRAW

    Saturday 19th
EVE LONGFORD 11/5 WATERFORD 11/5 DRAW
7/4 FINN HARPS 6/5 CORK CITY 9/4 DRAW
    11/4 KILKENNY 4/5 DUBLIN CITY 9/4 DRAW
    6/4 SLIGO 6/4 KILDARE 11/5 DRAW
    5/4 COBH 7/4 LIMERICJ 11/5 DRAW

    Sunday 20th
    11/4 MONAGHAN 4/5 GALWAY UTD 9/4 DRAW

These are Ladbrokes odds, but the best odds can be found here:

    Premier matches:

    First division matches:

Anybody got any opinions on these games.

I think that it is better to wait 3-4 weeks and to make an opinion about the real strength and abilities of the teams. But the game Finn Harps-Cork City looks like very interesting...To bet against Cork

Sligo at 6/4 (why 6/4 and not 3/2?) looks interesting, Kildare have been hammered in most of their friendlies and I think Sligo could do well this year.

True; Sligo beat Kildare 3-1 at home at the end of last season too.

5/4 Pat's to beat Bray seems OK too; there's not too many big odds there really. Apart from us at 8/1 to win!

Those odds are very generous. The best I saw last week was 14/1 with PP and Boyles. Didn't check 365. Doh!

I think adraw is th most likely outcome in Finn Park myself. City were rotten on the road last season and the year before I think.
