Assuming it goes ahead, that is...
Huge one lose and other results go against us and we are on dodgy ground heading away to Rovers, only a point needed to confirm safety though. Personally I think the Drogs win will be enough to see us safe but it would be very nice to have it confirmed and to end what has been an overall poor season at home on a high. What team would people go with?
Id go
Clarke
Clarke
Whitehead
O'Connor
Tracy
Hery
Duggan
Lynch
Fitzgerald
Tosi
Ogbene
I would probably like to see Crowe next to DOC but would be mad to break up the CB partnership now. Cotter isn't a right back at all and while Dean isn't either he is experienced enough to not take some of the stupid risks Barry has and Dean was doing fine back there dunno why he has been dropped. Fitzgerald would be a big call and one I don't see Neil actually making but Stephen Kenny has done nothing in months and at least you would get the youthful exuberance from William his directness with Dozies pace on the other side could really pin em back, plus the only other option apart from Kenny is Cameron.

Lots of rain falling and lots more forecast...will the MF drainage system pass the test
If the weather deteriorates as predicted is there a possibility of the game being postponed?
I saw a picture of the Markets Field two weeks ago when heavy rain fell and it was completely flooded. In saying that we had no match so there was no one out making sure the pitch was playable.
If we get any break in the rain I'd say it will be fine no matter what problems people can find with the ground the drainage is unbelievable. Once saw it almost completely covered in water got a few hour hour break in rain and it was as if it had barely rained.
Didn't rain all day until just starting a while ago.
Was there a pitch inspection this morning? Is there any sense that it might be called off?
Very nervous ahead of tonight.
Not a hint of it being off unless the wind goes mental pitch is fine.
Great stuff, COME ON LIMERICK
Wasn't pretty but Mcdonald knows how to grind out results when needed. Mission accomplished.
We were a shambles .. McDonald knows how to grind a result out. .. WTF. We found God tonight, Galway should have been out the gap after 30 mins ...I'll take it all night ..
Tonight was proof that the Blue Army can just create a nice atmosphere without the expletives and lowlife behaviour. I'd welcome it every week.
Glad to be up. Such a shame we don't have a cup final to look forward too. I'd be concerned what happens if we lose Lee, Bastien and Dozie. Lee J was the only bit of energy we had second half, we had virtually no press without him. I don't see how Dozie will stay he is too good for this level. He's got his exposure now and he's good enough for one of the bigger teams. If Stoke were looking at Cotter I'm sure Dozie will have some interest from England.
McDonald is a dinosaur but he'll be here next season. If Liam Buckley became available in the off season then cut the dino instantly please.
Buckley seriously? The same guy who arguably has a better squad than Limerick and are still two points behind. I think Buckley has had his day in the sun too.
Buckley wouldn't come near us.
Was great to see such good support coming down from Galway last night. It's looking like they will be down now which is a shame as they are well supported in a nice ground only an hour away. Tough trip back up not understanding how they didn't win the game.
I hope Galway go down for selfish reasons. We want 2-3 of their players.
