the best manager in the league is Pat Fenlon. FACT. Not opinion. In two seasons with Cork City Pat Dolan did nothing to to suggest he could change this FACT.
Trying to hold the chairman to ransom and using the players as his pawns in the media.
Don't pretend Dolan is blameless in all of this.
There are too many Dolan threads and I can't keep up with all of them.

fenlon had money available and spent accordingly (for the record i HOPE THIS ENDS in severe financial crisis - getting knocked out early in setanta and europe would actually destroy shels imo)
dolan had less money available and obviously wanted lennox to spend as recklessly as shels - hence lennox told him to fck off - and rightly so!
as manager its his job to try to get the best out of lennox he can. lennox could have just continued saying no, rather than fck off.

I Hope it is advertised as I think that will show Brians desire for the club.
Someone with experience with a Full Time set up, there really isn't any one that stands out in Ireland bar Fenlon and Kerr neither will we get. Doolin has spent more than Pat with no return so I would question his worth to the club and besides he is happy where he is. We need a manager that can develop a team not develop with the team.
This will show rewards a lot faster then a three year plan.
I still wish Pat well and I know what ever club takes him on will get a manager that the club will be happy with.
