Question City fans need 1 player to give stick to?

Long sinded topic but as city fans do we need one player to give abuse to?

I remember Cormac Cotter in the past getting as much if not more abuse than big Noel. Only last year I suppose we had Gaughan? I'm sure theres a few others I can'[t think of off hand.

    I'd forgotten about him already.
One thing I liked about him though was that he wasn't afraid to have a shot from distance.

actually i thought gaughan wasnt that bad after he settled in after a few games..again as peadar said city players now dont shoot from say the edge of the box half as much as id like them too, and gaughan wasnt afraid to do this

Don't get me started on The bLO'B.
I could never work out how he'd always make it back to the train station before me. Even if I had a driver sitting outside the X with the engine running and got a garda escort he'd be at the train before me. Hope we never make a mistake like him again. Washed Up is the only way to describe him.

Gaughan was abismal when he arrived at the cross eventually (i.e. stereotyed big slow lower division english player) but he was actually handy enough by the time he left.

Less said about bLOB the better.

I seem to remeber Cormac Cotter getting abuse about how he must have been related to Noel O'Mahony. He was fairly bad it must be said be i seem to remember him as a trier which is all you can ask really.

If Liam called me up tomorrow & started me next sunday i'd be useless but I would at least try to the best of my limited abilities

Oh yeah add Tommy 'Gloria' Gaynor to that list too. Maybe even Johnny Glynn as well?

I would have thought that it was Morley for last season.

Kabia would have been in that catogry aswell (hate figure, not goal scorer ). I think every body except Wayne, his one true loyal supporter, cringed when he got near the ball, before slipping.

Robot running Steven Napier when he used to play at right back about 4 years ago used to get his (un)fair bit of stick aswell.

Am I the only one who thaught that Liam O'B was far too classy for us? His true skills were never fully aprieciated.
    Q. How many people did I have going on that one
As I say, we're just young & a bit nieve.

I think in O'Brien and Kabia's case they looked like they had potential for the first few matched when new players always tried harder, but once the novelty of a new player wears off, the fans can see their true talents on show...

Yeah Kabia had an absolute blinder scoring 2 goals on home debut versus the old enemy Dundalk i think. I'm guessing everyone went away after that game think what a class signing. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there. Talk about peaking too soon.

    Cormac Cotter

Cormac is de perfect example of how confidence affects a player. He was dire most of de time but managed to play blinders too, eg. against Galatasary. He could have been a different player altogether if he wasn't getting abuse week in, week out.
