That's been reported several times over the past year or so.
This exceprt from the Business Post article es eye-catching:
As well as wages and salaries, over €40,000 in funding for children’s and youth soccer earmarked for Bray’s nursery club St Joseph’s AFC (known as Joey's) has not been paid. This is money that comes from UEFA and it is specifically for this purpose - Bray has no right to use it for any other expenditure.
That's been reported several times over the past year or so.
3 years today since Darren Quigley claimed the Bray Chairman was refused entry to the Carlisle by Gardai but later got in and promptly changed the locks.

In fairness, was that not when the nutty former director completely illegally changed the directors with the Companies Office, and used this illegal document to convince the guards he had powers he didn't really have?
To me, that just indicates Bray's problems are bigger than just the current regime

I can't see a way back from this for Bray. If and when the club folds, would there be the appetite to reform as Bray Unknowns and start from the bottom?!
Would Bray fans get behind Cabinteely if the council let them play there?
At least you'd have a club with a solid base playing in Bray.
If bray go bust or don't get a licence next year can anybody else see Joeys just taking over? Running an amateur team initially maybe? they will not want to lose their underage national league place
Would hate to see that happen as Joeys would have no ambition other than to continue to sell off kids to the UK, they'd never develop a support base.
We would be better off letting a second club up from the first division rather than have a play off with whomever finishes second bottom and try and fill the gap in the first division with a team from Tralee / Mayo / somewhere .........anywhere
They are in practise running the bray under 15's 17's and 19's already who play under "St Josephs Bray (bray even let them change the bray crest on the shirt)
so for the cost of running an amateur under 21 type team that can finish bottom of the first division every year I could see them opting in.
If they don't and Bray fold they will be out of the Natiional leagues as I can't see Rovers UCD or cabinteely allow them run the show and change their crests etc.
Given the money they will lose if they can't send their best 15/16 year olds off to UK academies for a pittance as they do now I could see them going for it.
Biggest danger would be if the FAI allow them to compete as Joeys in the underage leagues but I cant really see that happening after the Kevins fiasco

If this goes ahead (and shur they might aswell if they are not getting paid) they should try and arrange to picket every ground on the next full matchnight if there's enough pros left.
A cancelled full round of fixtures might bring about enough negative publicity to focus a few footballing minds in the country.
Jeez you Limerick boys go for the kill early
No messing around
So if Bray fold then I make the new league table
Dundalk 63 +2 drew one match
Cork 60 +3 only played Bray once
Waterford 48 +4 drew twice
Rovers 40 +3 Lost
Derry 39 +3 Lost
Pats 33 +3 Lost
Bohs 28 + 3 only played Bray once
Sligo 26 +3 Lost
Limerick 21
Bray n/a
Waterford the winner , Limerick and Dundalk to a lessor extent lose out, although you could say Cork are a loser as they would have probably picked up the 3 points anyway whereas Dundalk are getting 2 points back they actually dropped
