    Tobin signed?

Can anyone confirm/shed light on whether Paul Tobin (maybe Mark- the left full anyway) has signed from St Michaels. Would definitely ease the loss of Jalmard.

    Question

how come noc seems to be primarily looking at the junior league to bring up players. is there any experienced players from premier going to be signed. although first and foremost should noc be tryin to secure the signings of players he already has. as far as i no a lot of the better players with lim hav not signed yet

I know what you are saying but it is funny how this post appears after two seasons of listening to posters here go on about how the wealth of talent in the junior ranks was going untapped. It's just strange that's all and proves that you cannot please all of the people all of the time.

Anyway, I think some players have not resigned but there are only a few that deserve to be resigned anyway. Conway, Sugrue and Kulsten are ones we will miss. Fyffe maybe, but Noel Mooney is a more than adequate repalcement.

Word on the Ramblers site that we have signed Coker from them. Is Woolfe signed? And also reports that Warren is due to sign. These would be great additions. Derek McCarthy was resigned. I won't mention Colin P.

I think the plusses definitely outweigh the losses - particularly if Ryan and Kelleher prove to be as good as promised by some of our junior enthusiasts and if Tobin signs from Tipp.

I don't think we could really have expected to keep every player from last season even if we wanted to, but I think we have a really strong squad/team for the coming season. Roll on Colmans on March 19th!.
