    UCD 1-0 Dundalk

Friendly in Belfield Park this afternoon ended with us a goal to the good and with a clean sheet and all. I'd have a match report, only I was too busy to make it over in the end. No sign of a scorer, and it's only aertel, so I garuantee nothing.

Positive enough result. As you say clean sheet and a win. Good pre-season. No injuries I think and 4 wins from 4, 10 goals, 1 conceded.

A penalty, according to the Dundalk forum. They seem to be as much in the dark about things as we are! Eleven-a-side just mentions the result, while the Dundalk website says Dundalk played well, and that a full report is to follow.

    Brian Gannon? Good to hear.

You do tend to create penalties seconds before they're scored alright!
