Thought this might be worth a thread - just seen that Kluivert has scored for Ajax today. That's Justin Kluivert, Patrick's son.
There's plenty of other examples of course. Ethan Ampadu (born September 2000!!) has been getting his game for Exeter lately; he's the son of former Irish youth international Kwame Ampadu.
Andy Cole, Dave Beasant, Mark Hately, Martin Keown and Rob Lee all have sons playing in England or Scotland now.
Even at UCD, where we had Peter Hanrahan and Derek Swan up front when I started following the club, we now have Ben Hanrahan coming in to replace Ryan Swan.
Thought it might be worth a thread to keep track of any new next CM-regens coming through.
Edit - Nigel Hasselbaink, Jimmy Floyd's son, just scored against Feyernoord as well there. Another one for the list.

Spotted Hasselbaink earlier and meant to check if they're related but forgot. Feyenoord can hardly blow it, can they? At home to some mid-table team next weekend so they should be okay unless they totally choke.
Back on topic, I suppose Tom Ince is an obvious one and Zidane's son making strides at Real Madrid.
Justin Kluivert was one I found particularly unnerving though as I don't just remember his old man playing, but I remember him breaking through as a mere 18 year old himself, as I'm sure most others do given the high profile nature of his Champions League winning goal.
Zach Clough was a name I was curious about, especially given the fact that he's playing with Nottingham Forest of all teams at the moment. I thought he might be son of Nigel and grandson of Brian, but there's no connection that I can see.
Nick Barmby, Teddy Sheringham and Jason Dozzel all have lads in the pro game, Jack, Charlie & Andre.
Mark Kinsella's son Liam is in and out of the Walsall team and is a youth international for us even though born in England.
Also at Walsall, coincidentally, is Eoghan O'Connell who is son of the ex-Cork striker Damien.
I basically only know things about Walsall so quiz me on that.
On UCD, I learned in one of the papers at the weekend that Ireland u17s' Nathan Collins is the son of former Athlone (I think?) player Dave Collins, who is also Josh Collins' dad. I assume Josh will follow the well-worn path of UCD players and sign for Dundalk in a couple of years.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain of Arsenal is son of former Stoke, Wednesday etc and England player, Mark Chamberlain. David Hirst's son, George, is knocking them in at underage level for the Owls. Watch this space.
Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.
Connor Ripley [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Connor_Ripley] GK on loan with Oldham from Boro is Stuart Ripley's son.
DID YOU NOTICE A SIGN OUTSIDE MY HOUSE...?
Jonathan Klinsmann, Jürgen Klinsmann's son, was invited on trial by Everton a few weeks ago.
Contrary to his father, Jonathan Klinsmann is a goalkeeper.
I can't find the non-footballer's alleged second cousin thread, but Geore Weah's son Timothy plays for PSG's youths and the USA under-17 team.
A man can have no greater love than give 90 minutes for his friends.
Surprised Kasper Schmeichel hasn't been named yet!! Not to mention our beloved Alec Bruce...
Isn't Gus Poyets son also plying his trade somewhere in the lower leagues?
Who the hell is Jockser Keane? I've heard of a Johnser Keane alright. Is Jockser his cousin?
Yeah. He was the non-football playing cousin...
DID YOU NOTICE A SIGN OUTSIDE MY HOUSE...?
Bebeto's son, Mattheus, who inspired the celebration below, has joined Sporting Lisbon - http://www.the42.ie/bebeto-son-sport...91721-May2017/
