Try to balance things out TBH.....eat a lot of fruit.pears, apples, orange juice, etc plus loads of vegetables and steam a lot of food....that gets the best out of food but by no means a fanatic. Have to eat fairly healthily given my situation but allowed to break out every now and again.

One of my favourite albums is The Bothy Band's first album......brilliant.
