Really **** situation, because stuff for charity are never done on a contractual basis. You ask will someone appear and they say yes, it's all done in good faith.
I'd know people involved in the venue and the promotors, who agreed to do it for less than costs. Everyone pulling in the right direction for the good cause.
From that, I know the event was in the works for over a year, trying to get a date that worked for everyone - and that yer man had been on board from the start and he said he'd rather MC it than get anyone else in. Waits until it's announced and then says he's not gonna appear without getting X and Y.
Looking forward to a good night all the same and fair play to Quinner.
I was gonna say Steven Ireland.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
Maybe this is completely unrelated but it appears that the most obvious third wise men to Brady and Giles was announced previously: https://www.dublintown.ie/whats-on-e...oper-football/
Well the event link posted says "Niall replaces Eamon Dunphy who will no longer be participating in the event." so...
Mad that he was such a strong voice in Ireland for so long. And that people actually listened to him.
