We are buying new flags, any suggestions on design and we are also buying banners aswell.... Without any smart comments, what should we call our fan group???? Just getting suggestions, i have a few ideas myself... I would really appreciate feedback!!!! Thanks

    brayniacs?

... a joke i presume! Seriously though, a new set of flags and a new direction/name for the supporters club would be good. The current lot are too young and it looks like a transition year day out. At the same time, credit must be given because they are the only ones who get off their arses.
Something in the line of Bray Ultras or whatever, would be interesting but you would need much louder voices in the shed and more of them. I for one will be in the middle of it in the coming season.

I'm there week in-week out singing as muh as i can and try to get the lads going. I for one appreciate the younger ones who come up because they do add alot to the atmosphere. What can you do really when all the 'Mature' people we can say either sit in the seats not creating an atmosphere or distance themselves from us because they are embarassed to be seen near us. Those people who call themselves fans are totally off the mark. I'm only 18 by the way so i hope your not talking about me being a young supporter. Roll on 18th of march.... Hope to see ROO 69 in the middle of us this season aswell......

    bray fans name

    [QUOTE=footballplease]brayniacs?
Something in the line of Bray Ultras or whatever,

no disrespect to footballplease or bwfc but i think u will be laughed out of every ground in the country if u call yourselves 'ultras'.

the srfc ultras set the standard in the league when it comes to upholding such a title for supporters and i think that is why u wont find many ultras clubs from supporters in the EL as they are very hard to follow, just check out www.srfcultras.net to see why, i like gulls aloud and i think think the wanderly wagon would get a great response.

    best of luck with it

We really need to do something to try get people to be more vocal in the carlisle. I for one will be trying to create a better atmosphere in the carlisle, maybe if we brought the "singers" to a different part of the ground, more people might be willing to join in. I know most people have the same places they stand and sit week in week out so maybe if we move in they might be willing to join in ? But football Please is right, we defo need a few older heads in the mix as well.

yes tallaght, you're right about the name being laughed out of every ground - i meant something along those lines - not to use the actual name.
Rovers have had the name for years and we need to find our own.

I'd DEFO go with Gulls Aloud, we can get Tarzan1 to dress up in a sexy little black number dancing to keep the crowd entertained

Our theme song for the year should be Hello by Oasis
Hello Hello, Said it's good to be back, it's good to be back, Hello Hello Hello

True, maybe we can make the shed work for us. U know like a flag with `shed side gulls` on it to suggest that the shed is where the Bray fans should be.

Still have a few of those green and white Ireland hats to go around, + any big matches that have to be played on a Sunday could do with a beachball to add to the atmosphere . Anything tat brings noise and coulour is welcome

Hope to get that song played after every goal we score!!! Just the bit where it goes, 'hello, hello, it's good to be back it's good to be back'. I think this is repeated 3 times over....

At least the Red Rose Cafe has a seaside feel about it. I grew up in Somerset and I think Yeovil Town only had one record that they played at every match - E Viva Espana. (Yeovil is in the arse end of nowhere miles from anything remotely Spanish)
