It's great to have summer football back!
No need to worry Cork fans...games are never called off in Finn Park
Weather has cleared up, hopefully the new drainage system in Finn Park works. A good test for it anyway now. The weather really is atrocious though, in the past 24 hours there's been sun, rain, hail and sleet here.

Any Dundalk lads see the new pitch in Oriel yet ? What's it like ?
Looks miles better but I'm worried that it being laid too late. These pitches need time to settle and there is still infill going on it today.
Dundalk haven't even been able to train on it yet.
In time, it should be the same standard as the one in Abbotstown, but not sure what it will be like to play on tomorrow night.
Its looks rich green Vinnie and unlike last years terrible quality, it almost has the appearance of freshly cut grass!
They've left it late though, but the work guys have been tidying it up last few days, I think Dundalk have their first training session tonight or early tomorrow am.

How can it be better than the old one? Dundalk fans have been telling us for years that the Oriel pitch is perfect

Here on a technicality.
Not looking good for the game in Finn Park tomorrow unless that new drainage system is really really good

Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
Is that not an old photo?
Yeah that photo is from December 2015
And to think some people regard the LOI as a disorganised mess...
How's Markets' Field doing with all this wet rain?
