get picasa from google - http://www.picasa.com/
and hello from blogspot - http://www.hello.com/
and an account from blogspot - http://www.blogger.com/start
Picasa is a photo manager, takes the photos directly off the camera, then Hello uploads them to your Blogspot account. The pics are bigger than the ones on yafro and I find it easier to use
The only downside I've found is you have to provide a caption for each photo, there's no "apply caption to all photos" option
