Indeed I proffered a few copies in the past. They were good I have to admit.

I have copies of 'Osam is doubtul' and the Boh's one, forget the name and enjoyed both on the day I bought them. Made for a different read at half time from 'Welcome, yada, yada' and then loads of Ad's for companies I don't know. Having said that I do buy programmes as keep sakes too.
I'd rather die laughing than trying!

well considering the fanzine would just subsitute of a normal fanzine publication the cash would go to the home fanzine who sells it in their ground like a normal publication.

Regarding content - many articles are not out of date as they are topical (once you remove the anti club stuff) and if you read the different fanzines you will note that they have many good if not excellent writers. Articles would be submitted from the previous two months publications.

On the anti club stuff a two page spread with bits from all clubs on their rivals would actually be an interesting read.

I wouldn't even call it a best of fanzine - more like an el fanzine - might be an interesting way to begin a small time (perhaps twice year publication) on the league and untilse the resources (current fanzines) and distribution network already in place (again current fanzine network).

As I said no one gets rich etc as the fanzine sellers take the cash as normal as it just replaces one of their normal publications.

I would be more than willing to help co-ordinate this regarding collecting the articles etc but I would need a few more lads to help out - i.e. a design guru. Once the final publication is put together all parties get a copy to ok the content/ design etc and then it is simply e-mailed to everyone to print off as normal.

Also it should only be distributed to clubs who's fanzines sign up to the venture hence it will not cover the entire league (but small steps at a time).

Maybe we should just start with people pm me that their fanzines are interested (and poss ideas they might have as every fanzine has excellent features) and we can take it from there.

I hope you mean "procured"?! May have to sue for breach of copyright for you handing copies around without express permission of the authors!

The Bohs one is Nineteen Eighty-Four. Don't think it's still going?

Waterford have (had?) Blue Til I Die.

SeanDrog - sent you a PM there. Certainly up for trying to get one out and seeing how it goes. If nothing else, it could be good advertising for other clubs' fanzines - I'm sure a fair few people would buy a home fanzine but never an away one.
