If you want to talk about that you might note Dundalk have taken 1 point from 4 games against the top 2 seeds in the group.

It's not straightforward to compare the Europa group stage with the old first round knockout. We do know that Maccabi and Dundalk would have been unseeded teams. Hopefully two wins against the 3rd seeds will all work out well on Thursday evening.
