Looks like Bray's money men unsurprisingly aren't investing out of any great love for BWFC. Also looks like they plan on going full time next season. Drogheda Mark II?

Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
This was totally inevitable. Those lads have only one interest at Bray and it's to build on the Carlisle Grounds. There's no need for practice pitches there. They could have a greenfield training facility elsewhere, but keeping the teams stadium in the middle of town should be imperative to building a solid fan base.

I would be deeply worried if I were a Bray fan. If the deal goes awry how do the debts get covered? Where will the club end up if the deal goes ahead? Surely it won't be nearly as good a site as the current one- otherwise where does the money come from?

Don't the council own The Carlisle Grounds? Is the intention to convince the council to sell it to these guys so they can build on it, and give BWFC a "campus" miles away from Bray as part of the deal? The council should be telling them to **** right off. Also as Dodge pointed out on Twitter, good to see that paying debts is a much lower priority than signing a full time squad.

Most worrying thing is the alliance with Joeys, if this is a way of allowing joeys play as "Bray" in the underage league the child slave trade to England will continue unabated.
There was some talk in Tallaght last night of a potential ground share in Tallaght Stadium. A similar arrangement as with Bohs and Shels. One stand would be the Rovers stand and one would be the Bray one.
Bray seem to be mentioning SDCC at every opportunity.
Relations certainly have not always been smooth. http://www.herald.ie/sport/st-joseph...-30682816.html

How can Bray approach SDCC when they are a Wicklow Club ! Tallaght would not be a good move for BWFC

At the end of that article is a link to Fantasy Football Update.
Perhaps they got the two mixed up
These people have only one interest here that is to build on the Carlisle grounds.
Bray & its fans are the ones who will lose out here.
Anything else is just fantasy
Of course they could just build this new complex first & then build on the Carlisle grounds after that
Disaster. Moving the club out of Bray to a greenfield site connected to Bray via a Luas link that is so far down the list of GDA transport priorities that it's basically hypothetical.
