I think its when you pop into different sites/forums & post one-liners in manner that makes look like you looking for a reaction i.e. not a reasonable debate.

You're not allowed go into another club's forum and say "you're rubbish", "ye played crap last week" and such-and-such, which is what you did. It's against the rules. If you don't like the rules, find another forum.
