It's apparently the 7 and a half houses that Dundalk only offered was the deal-breaker.
Heard ye have competition for him from the Borris in Ossory Junior B hurlers.

Marky Sullivan has left City, linked with a move to Waterford. He would be an excellent signing for them.

It's sad to see him go. He's been superb for us. You'd have to think Waterford would be favourites, but Cobh for convenience might tempt him too.

Always liked O'Sullivan, good worker up front and always caused us problems when he played.
#DundalkFC - First Irish club to win an away game in Europe (1963), first Irish club to win points in a group stage in Europe (2016).

O'Donnell is staying at Dundalk. If Gannon became available I'm sure Rovers could make a move but more likely Bradser will save the money for a striker as we're very short up front. Gannon seemingly wants to go to England anyway.

A player who gave his all. How many times did he play carrying injuries? It seemed to be nearly all the time.

In his first season he was playing with a broken toe for months on end.

No truth in that bradley said today he was done with the exception of 1 more striker. Hard to see anyone left in loi so I'd say that will be it.

On top of signing Mark O Sullivan from Cork, Waterford are linked with a move for Cobh's Shane O Connor. Also, been talked about on the Cork forums that Colin Healy has been offered a player coach role in Waterford also.

I'm sure Rovers offering 52 week contracts has something to do with it. At the end of people are going to choose pay for 52 weeks outta 52 as opposed to 40.

    Depends on the pay surely?
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.

If Dundalk are paying people for more than 52 weeks of the year then fair play.

Lol the + meant a greater than 1 year deal.

I wish finn all the best. He will be a huge loss. I think Benson is more than able to fill his boots though.
