Danny Kane played for us today in our friendly with Cobh. Caulfield says a deal to sign him will hopefully be done Monday or Tuesday.

Paul McGrath would fit nicely in to that trend - its all about the name at Shamrock Rovers!

Conor McCormack rumoured to be a target for Bristol City. That would be a massive loss if it turned out to be true.

If Bristol City were genuinely interested in him then surely they’d have contacted him towards the end of last season to let him know they were interested. Doesn’t make any sense that they would suddenly show interest after him signing a two year deal.

Seen where it originated from alright. Just noticed a whole load of those LOI transfers pages all jumped on it that they were "reliably informed" of this deal.

Some move for him though. That is a decent Bristol side and if they are willing to pay E250k, they are serious about him.

ME HOLE of any chance of that happening or being anyway true.

I'm surprised at Padraic Cunningham's decision to turn down full time football, European football and a shot at winning trophies. My hunch was that he would have been first choice striker

If by that you mean Cunningham turned down a deal from Dundalk, thank your absolute lucky stars. He’s not capable of being first choice striker for a ****poor junior team, never mind a side with eyes on winning back the Premier Division title.
