    They have two big white stickers. One big square for the numbers and another white strip across the top of that for the players' names.

    Edit: Actually, on closer look, I think it's just the one big white sticker. The white hoop against the green underneath the semi-transparent sticker made it look like Rovers had the players' names on a separate sticker. Optical illusion.
