Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
That is hilarious.
It's Niedercorn's eighth European campaign. They've just tripled the number of goals they've scored in Europe tonight.
Oh, and from the internet -
Rangers have lost in the first qualifying round of the Europa League to Progres Niedercorn. If you haven't heard of them, they're from Glasgow
Edit history on the Progres Niederkorn wikipedia page has never seen this much action!
Still can't believe last night's result?
I know; Niederkorn I.
(Sorry...)
25euro for the Derry game?! They're 6-0 down and two hours from home. Are they insane? And our fans were complaining about 20 euro tickets.
I know they have to pay the rent but that's madness in the circumstances. It's not like there will have been any advance sales. They're heading for a big loss on the night (financial and sporting possibly).
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
Stephen "I'm not deluded" Bradley spouting his usual egotistical nonsense in a pre-match intervew with eir
"We are the biggest club in the country, and I've got the hardest job going"
His quotes are quite funny all right, but in fairness Rovers have won more than anybody else, so until someone trumps their trophy cabinet they probably are the biggest club.
I know Cork and Dundalk might have had bigger attendances in recent years but I'd still say Shamrock Rovers are a bigger club. I'm not a Rovers fan btw.
Odd definition of biggest club to me. There's far more to a club than a trophy count.
Also, theres some insecurity evident in having to repeatedly say that your club is the biggest club...
He's right about it being the hardest job in the country, or possible even the world. No other manager has to deal with having every single interview dissected by Ezekial on foot.ie. It's serious pressure.
