Went out to the Rockmount game yesterday morning, walk in the park really, 1 up @ HT, scored a 2nd very early in the 2nd and coasted home from there.
Great results for Douglas Hall and Avondale. Marys were 2 down to Bangor got one back and then missed a last minute penalty.

I think Bangor will struggle to go much further, they have lost 3 players to the Eircom League. Pat Scully signed 2 for Kilkenny. I heard Dundalk are after another couple of their players. Sad to see a decent team ravaged by the EL clubs who don't have to pay a fee for their signings.
