Dave O'Leary watching the match from the popular side last night. Anyone know if he's been training?
Club lads up til 6am to sort it destroyed huge credit cos God knows they would have been slaughtered if it was their fault
Dave O'Leary watching the match from the popular side last night. Anyone know if he's been training?
He has been to quite a few games before and I've seen his parents at games even when he was playing with Cork and Waterford.
Certainly good enough to do a job for us if we had a few injuries. Probably wouldn't get a start now. Was one of Waterfords best players against us last season. One of the few I thought could come off the pitch with his head held high.
Surprised someone like Cobh haven't picked him up. Would be a very good signing for them.
I don't know that I'd see much of a place for Dave at this stage. Lynch, Duggan, O'Conor and Hery all ahead of him already and I'd be surprised if he was happy to come in and hang out on the fringes of the team. Being one of Waterford's best last year isn't much to stick on your CV either. Agree he could have been a good fit at Cobh but he might be looking for more than they can offer too.
The ball is round and has many surprises.
Tobias Kainz right back from Galway and second half of Waterford friendly signing.
Ya I'd say the only reason Molantti was signed ahead of Kainz was because LB was more of an issue a week or two ago with a few players able to fill in at RB. Happy to hear he is signing now.
Paudie O'Connor signs for Leeds.
Fair play to him. Will limerick be due any money?
What sort of money are we talking about ball park figure anyone know?
If they could organise a friendly, it would bring in some decent dosh. Leeds looking good for a premier place.
Fair play to paudie but I don't think his a loss for us, he'll be back in the LOI within 2 years I reckon
Yeah, no offence to him, but if Leeds were promoted I wouldn't see him getting a lot of bench time, let alone on the pitch.

Good luck to him and fair play. Very hard for a young fella or even their family to turn down such a move.....but I think players are better off staying here and playing real games rather than U23s or no games at all. Make the move then when you are closer to a 1st team breakthrough in a couple of years for a better chance of ultimate success.
