Ten nations bid to host Euro 2012
Bidding for the race to host the 2012 European Championship has closed, with 10 nations registering an interest.
Six nations - Azerbaijan, Greece, Italy, Romania, Russia and Turkey - have made bids to be the sole host for the tournament.
In addition, Croatia and Hungary have joined forces to produce a joint bid, as have Poland and Ukraine.
Uefa will pick a shortlist of three candidates in November 2005 and the hosts will be named in December 2006.
