Did many turn out for OT trial last Wednesday night?
By all accounts a good showing..Cussen(NCW) Gallagher(Ballysteen) played quiet well as did a striker from kildimo..are the rumours true that Rathkeale and Abbeyfeale are refusing to play under the current management??
Just back from holidays. Was talking to Brian at the Kildimo Pallas match. Abbeyfeale had a challenge but are sending a few and Rathkeale have a few interested but couldn't make it on the night. Two nashs. Danny Neville and Keith hartnett I think he said.
Had around 17-18 on the night
Whats gone wrong lads have ye all gone away on holidays?, i'm just back
Some big wins today for top teams.. how did the challenge go in limerick last week for Oscar traynor? What was team/panel does any know.
How did the Oscar traynor team do v abbeyfeale last nite?
Hammered but had a fairly weak team due to injury and gaa I think.
Ok hopefully Oscar traynor team can push on from that as the group games won't be long coming around.. I see fai draw was made hopefully desmond league teams will progress after last week's hammering from outside teams.. big game in abbeyfeale tomorrow night. I seen dingle last year and was v impressed with them, should be a quality game. Best of luck to the home side.. also some interesting leave games the weekend.i think ratkeale will push all the way this year..
Desmond league trialists are taking on ourselves in clounreask tonight at 7-45. Will get the their team and post afterwards
Who is ourselves Bllistinianlad ?
Desmond league 5-1 Ballysteen AFC
There team was. S.Lynch. K.Foster C.Cummane B.Lynch T.Quilligan G.Kelly K.Hartnett V.Mambuana R.Brouder S.Joyce A.Smith. Subs G.Garvey J.Purcell J.Page. M.Quilligan D.Neville. Scorers were Joyce X 2. Mambuana. Kelly. Garvey.
Good game. We prob could have gotten another. But they missed a hat load of chances.
No disrespect to Ballysteen but why is our inter-league team playing a Division II team? They surely could have gotten a better/ tougher fixture?
Hope it has set them up up in some way for their 3 group games.

Match Day 3

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YA BEAUTY! What a hit son... what a hit!
No disrespect taken sexyfootball lol. I think there playing Clare next week. That would be a much better indication of how they will shape for the group I would imagine.
Ballistinianlad it's good to see someone keeping this forum going anyway, thanks for the update on the Oscar Traynor.
Some going... they're gonna go from playing a Div II Desmond League team to playing the current Interleague All Ireland Champions... that'll be interesting - have they a date/ venue? Wouldn't mind seeing them play.
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YA BEAUTY! What a hit son... what a hit!
Good win for Abbey in Munster Champions Cup last weekend. Nenagh Celtic away in semi so they have a decent chance of making the final. Important win too given how poorly the previous weekend went for DL sides in the FAI Junior. Ballingarry should progress at home tomorrow v Shannom Olympic you'd imagine.
Think it's Wednesday in clounreask but il ask the manager tomorrow.
