Some serious surprise results yesterday in the mossie lads, it's not often you see park losing at home. Knocka hit the Glen an awful hammering as well, and it's good to see greenwood seem to have got there act together too in beating 2 premier teams.

Just a quick question. Is the quarters of the mossie an open draw or do 1st placed teams in the group get a runner up?

Winners of group get home draw in quarter finals, I think it's winners of group A play runners up of group B and winners of group B play runners up of group A etc.

Nice 1 legend. And as for the game Saturday buzzkill. I watched it. The glen had nobody other than Nolan and Danny o brien. Heard it was pa longs wedding. Don't know how true that is though but they were missing a lot

It's also a complete farce that you can make 5 subs in the senior league and 3 in aul. 5 subs in munster junior and fai junior I heard also. For club with decent numbers this could be very handy in keeping fellas sweet.

Pass pass i personally think it should stay at 3 subs..if we change football to much before we know it game will be 60 minutes aside

    Far from a farce.
    The msl are trialling it.
No obligation on the AUL to follow suit.
Have you got confirmation that the fai cup is 5 subs.
    I would highly doubt that

Football changes all the time the fa cup will have an extra sub next year. I think its a great idea will help clubs keep on to players imo. The farce greengrass is that one organisation tries to triall things while the other stays in the 90s. I also said i heard it was 5 subs in national competitions.

5 subs is too much. I wont use 5 anyway. Still no sign of the mossie group's. Its not hard to update them and put them on the website once a week

Its not gonna keep anybody happy. A 4th and 5th sub isnt gonna be used in a close game. A fella might get 10 mins when your up 4 or 5 nil. No point in changing the rule when its not broke
