I thought he had signed for Home Farm, but apparently Noel Mooney is the latest to sign for Limerick FC.

Don't know about that. Jimmy Fyffe played really well last season (even outfield!), and I think that he should start the season as the club's no. 1 goalkeeper. If Mooney gets in ahead of Fyffe, then Jimmy could leave, especially if Mike Kerley gets the Galway job. If that happens then it would have been a waste signing Mooney. From what I've read of NOC's comments, he wants both to be at the club this season.

Too right. By all mean let's give the man a chance but let's not pretend that we've appointed the eircom Leagues Jose Mourinho here. I think he'll do better than last time but with the resources now apparently available that's to be expected anyway.
