That test is just a bit of a laugh, I'd say, and cannot be relied on.
Mensa, which offer the most highly regarded tests, use tests which are "culture fair", i.e. do not depend on native language or education recieved. These give a fairly accurate measure.

They told me mine was 152 but after reading your post I feel that I'm in the 'Learning difficulty' section (except that the figure of 2.3% of test takes should read 100%)
