I suppose they'll be seeded next year if they win the league.. it only took them the second game to get that done.. incredible stuff.
Dundalk just keep on shocking Europe. Well worth the win tonight.
A nice little cash earner tonight with the 3 points
Stephen Kenny stopping by the pitchside studio for a chat.
As you do
I think he means in total.
so 120k with the 360k plus the 7.1mil or whatever it was.
I'm a bloke,I'm an ocker

Amazing stuff from Dundalk. No LOI team I remember has consistently delivered like they are doing on many fronts this year.
#NeverStopNotGivingUp
Superb, absolutely superb. Well done.
No Paul.
"Win worth €360,000 for Manchester United".......so I presume the same for Dundalk.
Incredible from dundalk. Only got to watch from around 5 minutes before the goal, and they could've had another one. Second is definitely not beyond the realms of possibility but next two games against zenit will be tough
Any highlights or anything?

Whatever about the brand of football, O'Neill has consistently got his teams to overachieve throughout his managerial career, including us really taking into account the results against Germany and Italy. He has his own methods and ways of dealing with interviews, expectations, etc. and it's served him pretty well. With all due respect, I don't think he's going to be taking any notes on Stephen Kenny's philosophy or approach to management.
What a result though, it just gets better and better. Good to have the home game with Zenit first too I think but a massive step up in quality again. Regardless, they're going to be in with a very big chance of qualifying in the final two games which exceeds any sort of reasonable expectations when the draw was made. Class.
Just realised that Maccabi keeper is the same guy who looked a shambles in Belgrade v Ireland earlier in the month.
Dundalk should have tested him more.
What a bloody performance, probably should have scored another goal at some point, so wonderful to see an Irish side play like this. King Kenny could do a job with Ireland, if given time, by the looks of things. Imagine if the NT passed the ball, closed down and kept the ball like Dundalk.
I reckon Horgan and maybe even 1/2 others will get NT call ups soon, but likely not until the season is over, I reckon Kenny/MON have spoken and would be weary of overworking them or disrupting Dundalk at this moment, they are a special team.
Congratulations Dundalk - sensational stuff.
They are a better team w/o O'Donnell ?
Without being over emotional it's at Moments like this i look towards the heavens and say Hello & thank you to my oul mate Dunny(rip) above and have a good chortle with himThis is incredible.
This really is some team, should have won by more to.
No league either in the country which make the result all the more unbelievable.
Will still be drunk for the Derry game on Sunday after this! Yeehaaaaaa!!!
The group has laid out well for Dundalk so far. 2 teams they will have targetted before the big challenge of Zenit. I think someone was saying the two long trips are after the domestic season.
I thought Dundalk would be doing well to get a point in the group and hoped they would possibly get 4. Tel Aviv looked stunned after some of the early chances Dundalk had.
