Didn't doubt O'Sheas ability, but did his attitude. He was overweight (for a footballer) at the start of the season - seems to have picked up his game since he's dropped some of the weight. Maybe his attitude is right - the O'Shea to Newcastle stories may have been just the thing to give him the kick up the arse he needed....

Technical ability : Crossing, Passing, set pieces, technique, shots, etc.
non-Technical: Pace, Strength, Agility, Work rate, teamwork, aggression, determination, flair, decisions, composure...

I stand corrected though.
