Joe Kinnear, Mick Kearns and that Mark Kelly fella from Portsmouth who got a few caps around the same time as David Kelly came on the scene.

Retired through injury in the 50s or very early 60s didn't he?
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
Yep, Alan's brother (and Alan eile's son). Think he's playing in the Conference now. Never capped, only made the squad once. Can't remember what game, but there were a load of kids on the pitch at half-time, and they were all let charge at Kelly in nets. Saved a couple, then started messing, then just stopped and had a chat with a couple of the kids! Very funny!Originally Posted by Risteard

Just heard a good one on Today FM:- which Irish player has scored the most goals in the Englaish Premiership?
I don't know the answer, I'd hazard a guess at one of the Keane's.
Denis Irwin?
Here they come! It’s the charge of the “Thanks” Brigade!
Niall Quim?
it must be one of those 4.can't think of any1 else at the moment.

Would it have been a Northern Irishman, Ian Dowie perhaps?

Did he ever play in the Premiership? Left Liverpool in '91 or so to play for Sociedad for two years, and then returned to join Tranmere in Division One.Originally Posted by Superhoops
Quinn sounds the best bet - scored a few for Man City and Sunderland, though not all in the Premiership...
Q: Who are the only English Premier League club to have been relegated with 49 points? Which season?
