Birmingham City have cancelled Mikael Forsell's loan deal and have sent the injured striker back to Chelsea.
The Finnish international joined Birmingham on loan for a second season last year, but a serious knee injury has ruled him out of action until the summer.
Birmingham have now activated a get-out clause in their loan agreement with Chelsea and have sent Forsell back to London to undergo rehabilitation following surgery on his injury.

Not really! Sort of rubs salt into the wounds when you think that Clint will be out injured himself for the next month or whatever. The deal was never gonna be permanent anyway.
