Limerick football boss Liam Kearns has invited eircom League player Ross Cosgrave to join the county's senior football panel.
Cosgrave spent last season with Limerick FC and was one of the better players for the blues in a season in which they finished bottom of the First Division table.
Kearns went down a similar route last season with the successful recruitment of Eoin Keating.
John Quane may be out of retirement to play for Limerick in the New Year but John Galvin and Brian Begley will miss the opening league matches due to injury.

The ball is round and has many surprises.
rossi will stick to soccer surely he d never get a start with the footballers. i have a feeling next season will be a good one for him with LFC.
I was surprised to hear that he had been called up to the county team for training. I think he will stick with the soccer mainly because I don't think he will make the grade with the footballers. He might be a skillful footballer but physically I think he lacks what is needed in GAA. Although the one good thing out of this is that he will be training regularly and he should be in good condition for the start of the season.
Limerick 37, its so shiny and new we dare not take the cover off.
