Apparently it's not Mr. Tayto.
Who is he ? I have been listening to that bell ring for over 30 years at Irish games. He doesn't overdue it. He chooses a moment of calm in the game. We are all gathering our thoughts or putting more air in to our lungs for the next chant when he rings the bell and gets a response from the fans nearby. It must be unique. I think I glimpsed him once. Does anyone know who he is or is there more than one?
Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.
Apparently it's not Mr. Tayto.
Is it the same guy as at Richmond?
There was at least two vs Bosnia. There was one in the East Upper/
Here they come! It’s the charge of the “Thanks” Brigade!
I know the buck, he was on the flight via vienna on the way out. He is in with Davy Keoghs crew they always stay out in the players hotel. They were on the "proper fans" flight.
Only messing he is sound enough in fairness. He will ring it upon request after matches
There are one or two others with the small bell, but his is a proper Marist Brother bell.
