That is as bad as Euro 2012!

I disagree. I'd be shocked if Belgium and Italy go on to meet in the final and there's no way Sweden are as good as that Croatia side. An eerie sense of deja vu with regards the opening fixture being the most winnable and potentially vital but still the most preferable way for the fixtures to fall. Flights and accommodation aplenty in Paris to start off I presume so how bad.
Northern Ireland have a wonderful opportunity to prove that our qualification group wasn't all that tough.
I don't think it is tough, how are Beligium ranked no1? They beat Andora 1-4 and Cyprus 0-1.
Wales beat them!
We have beaten Italy too.
Sweden are no great shakes either

It's a 24 team tournament - Italy, Belgium and Sweden aren't mugs. Look at Groups A and F.
Belgium shouldn't be number 1 in the world but they do have a lot of top class PL operators.
Italy is Italy.
Sweden - we will need to keep Zlatan quiet.
It's a tough draw but not as tough as Euro2012, if that's any consolation.
Group F is the group of serenity, every team is just so happy with their lot in this group.
Ouch. That's the luck of the draw unfortunately - and the luck wasn't with you this time. I still think the Republic and NI can both get through the group though. There is a decent chance of wins for NI against Ukraine and the Republic against Sweden. The other games look tough, but are still potential opportunities to get through. Bear in mind 2 points may get you through.
I'm pretty content with Wales's draw. There are two games we stand a decent chance of winning. I'd have liked to avoid England, but realistically the only better draw from pot 1 was Portugal and you can't have everything your own way. Beat Slovakia or Russia and we're through basically. It's harsh on the teams in groups A, D & E, but there is no way of ensuring equal opportunity unless all 24 teams play a round robin. I guess even UEFA would not try to milk the cow that much.

That's a very tough draw but only by virtue of drawing Italy. It compounds the difficulty of Belgium and Sweden who, although not the strongest possible teams we could have got, are amongst the strongest in their seeding groups.
It's all down to the first game. Win that and I think we'll get through.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
And that first game is at Stade de France.
Belgium are paper tigers, we can out bore the Italians and the Swedes are average. Big chance here for a pot of gold here, chaps.
No Somos muchos pero estamos locos.
It's tough, but could have been worse. If Ireland got four points out of it it wouldn't be a complete turn up for the books. Beat Sweden and a whole lot of things open up, especially with third potentially being all that is needed.
Belgium 2016 are not Spain 2012, that's for damn sure.
