No worries Marty, interesting in terms of goals scored. I suppose we scored at least one in a lot of games we lost.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.

right everything updated that I wanted to do.

The last bit of useless info is that Dean Kelly was the 34th person to score on his debut for us and the last since Josh O Hanlon! interestingly enough 3 town players have scored a hattrick on their debut-Fran Hitchcock in 86/87 season ,Darren McKenna in 08 season and Davy O Sullivan in 2013 season!

Remember when he use to head the ball up in the air and do a 360 ballerina twirl looking for the ball, Christ on a bike.

He was clearly rubbish but he knocked in a few goals all the same. Dark days those.

A couple of old programmes I unearthed when I was home over Christmas. I think both matches ended 0-3 defeats. Quite decent QPR side who looked stunned when a ball went into the next field and there wasn't another to replace it so the game was delayed while someone climbed a fence to retrieve it - that's my main memory

That game against QPR was the first Town game that I attended, hooked ever since. Also remember the same year that Swindon were over we also played Celtic in the Rugby Club.

QPR had just finished 5th the season before that match and reached the cup final a couple of years earlier so they were pretty handy. Wish I could say the town pushed them all the way in this match but I'd be lying.
