The FAI deny they were informed at all. “The FAI was not approached about helping to organise a minute’s silence at the recent Bray Wanderers v Shamrock Rovers match." But Bray are supposedly "furious over the incident" and have made a complaint to the FAI? You really couldn't make this up and it's pretty obvious, going on how our club is being run, where the blame lies.

Bray tried to hold minutes silence, didn't inform FAI or referees. Most likely informed referees minutes before the game and referees said no, simply out of protocol, and Bray go mental. Bray release statement.

'couldn't organize a minutes silence at a football match' might replace 'couldn't organize a **** up in a brewery' (or indeed 'FAI management') as an example of utter incompetence.
